The Stay Safe film has been released by the police advises what to do in the rare event of a firearms or weapons incident. In the event of a firearms or weapons attack you should:

RUN to a place of safety if it is possible to do

HIDE find cover and barricade yourself in. Be very quiet and turn your phone to silent and remember to turn off vibrate.

TELL the police by calling 999 when it is safe to do so advising of your location and give as much information as possible
