To be a licensed Hackney or Private Hire driver with us you must have a current DBS Enhanced Certificate.
- In order for us to complete DBS checks we require you to subscribe to the DBS Update Service and for the results to be sent directly to us. To do this we must have your consent.
- If you do not give consent or remain subscribed to the update service, then you will have to obtain a new DBS certificate and provide a copy to us every 3 months.
- If you fail to do this then you are at risk of having your driver licence suspended, reviewed, and ultimately revoked.
