In Manchester Virtual School’s most recent Ofsted inspection, whilst scrutinising a broad sample of PEPs, inspectors highlighted that too frequently PEP targets set were not SMART. With this in mind, we have provided some suggestions and resources as to how designated teachers can make their targets SMART.
