“The Be Proud Awards are a great time for the Council and people across the city to come together and celebrate the important contribution that local heroes and community groups make to Manchester.
“Local community groups are the backbone of our city and without them Manchester would not be the great city we are. The Be Proud awards give us an opportunity to recognise those who go above and beyond for the community.
“If you know an inspirational group or a person that deserves to be recognised for all of their hard work, I’d urge you to nominate them for Be Proud Award!”
