Obtain alley gate keys
If you rent your home, and have not been given a gate key, ask your landlord.
Alley gate keys can't be copied like a normal key. If you can't get a key from your landlord or the previous occupant you can buy a new one for £19.20 (the key will be sent recorded delivery, included in the price).
