Manchester Piccadilly represents one of the biggest development opportunities in the UK, and has the potential to make a significant impact on both the growth of the city, and also the national economy. The area includes Piccadilly Station, Piccadilly Basin and Portugal Street East. Following redevelopment, it is anticipated that the proposed new investment in the area could bring up to 40,000 new jobs, 13,000 new homes and 820,000 square meters of new commercial development.
