Regulation 7 directions: "To let" boards in South Manchester

We have a Regulation 7 direction restricting the display of advertisements relating to the letting of properties in place for the following areas:

  1. Moss Side Area
  2. Fallowfield Central
  3. Moseley Road/Ladybarn Lane
  4. Wilmslow Road/Wellington Road
  5. Wilmslow Road/Egerton Road
  6. Yew Tree Road/Mauldeth Road West

A copy of the direction and maps of each of the areas are available to download.

As a result, the display of "To let" boards in the defined areas requires the the approval of an advertisement application.
