Guidance for residents and licence review
The government's website offers comprehensive guidance for residents about licence reviews.
At any stage after a Premises Licence has been granted, a responsible authority or an interested party may ask the Licensing Authority to review the Licence.
The review may be requested where a matter arises under one of the four licensing objectives. The request to review a licence must also relate to a specific licensed premises.
Please email premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk to request guidance notes and an application form to review a premises licence. A completed application can be submitted by email or by post to:
