Description of proposed variation as given by the applicant:
To remove the following conditions set out at Part 3 (and Annex A1) of the Premises Licence:
7. Staff to customer ratio
1. There should be a minimum of 2 members of staff on duty from 13.00 until closing
and
11. Safe Cash -handling
Cash will be banked daily (to avoid large sums being involved).
In accordance with regulations under the Gambling Act 2005, the application is in consultation until midnight on 04/07/2024.
Any person wishing to comment on the application must do so in writing to premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk no later than this date.
Any comments must be relevant to the likely effect of granting the application on the promotion of the four licensing objectives:
- Preventing gambling from being a source of crime or disorder, being associated with crime or disorder, or being used to support crime
- Ensuring that gambling is conducted in a fair and open way
- Protecting children and other vulnerable persons from being harmed or exploited by gambling
