Description of proposed variation as given by the applicant:
We would like to make some alterations to the below conditions on our premises licence:
Condition 20: ‘There will be a SIA-approved door supervisor at the premises during opening hours’ to be amended to ’There will be a SIA-approved door supervisor at the premises from 8pm to 4am.’
Condition 26: ‘No children will be allowed on the premises after 8pm. Door supervisor and managers are to monitor this’ to be amended to ‘No children will be allowed in the snooker hall after 9pm. No children will be allowed in the restaurant after 10pm. Door supervisor and managers are to monitor this.’
