Book a music set
We need as much notice as possible in order to fulfil your request. We accept bookings up to 6 months in advance.
Your booking is not confirmed until you have received an email from us which will include pick up date and total hire charge.
Where do I collect the sets from?
Go to the Information Desk in the Henry Watson Music Library on the first floor of Central Library anytime during our opening hours.
You must collect your sets on the day specified on your confirmation email.
Check you have the correct amount of parts/copies before leaving the library.
We recommend you use wheeled suitcases or trolleys to transport your score sets, there is no parking at the library except disabled spaces, although parking is available nearby.
How/where do I return the sets?
Back to the Henry Watson Music Library on the date specified within your email confirmation - ensure all sets are complete as we DO NOT accept incomplete sets back.
Any missing parts must be replaced with either an actual replacement part/copy (correct edition), or definite proof that a replacement part/copy has been ordered.
If you do not return the sets on or before the due date you will incur a fine of 50p per day on all overdue sets or incomplete sets.
