- By phone - If you cannot go online to submit your complaint / feedback or need general advice on the complaints process, you can speak to us on 0161 234 5000 to request a call from our Feedback and Complaints Service. A complaints advisor will call you back within five working days. Please be aware that even if you speak to a complaints advisor, we will usually ask you to complete the online complaint form if you can.
