The Adult Education Budget (AEB) helps lots of people to grow their skills.
There are lots of AEB courses, from non-accredited learning to Level 3 qualifications. These include:
- Accounting
- Construction
- Health and Social Care
- Hospitality
- Maths
- English for speakers of other languages
- Digital
Many AEB courses are fully-funded and have no cost to you or your employer (if you are in work). This is subject to criteria. AEB training providers include:
- Manchester Adult Education Service
- The Manchester College
- The Growth Company
- Mantra Learning
- WEA
- Total People

Requirements for fully-funded courses include:
- Living in Greater Manchester
- Aged 19 or older on 31 August within the 2024/25 funding year.
