Applications and service requests
- when we offer or you request a service we will do whatever it takes to deliver it
- applications will be processes within the agreed time scales and these are published on our website, under the service you have requested
- we will tell you when we have received your application; by the way you told us to and update you with its progress, if we are unable to process within the agreed timescales we will tell you why.
