    • Add illuminated ONE WAY signs at the entrance to Mill Lane from Palatine Road
    • Add ‘No waiting at any time’ double yellow markings, and ‘No loading at any time’ kerb tabs on both sides of Mill Lane – whole length on north side, and between the junction with Palatine Road and Peggy Lane on the south side.
    • Add ‘No loading at any time’ sign on south side of junction with Palatine Road.
    • Add hatching on south side of Mill Lane at the junction with Palatine Road to narrow effective width of carriageway.
    • Add NO ENTRY marking on carriageway on Mill Lane travelling towards Palatine Road, before and after the Peggy Lane junction.
    • Add junction markings and left turn arrow on Peggy Lane where it joins Mill Lane.
