• Add double yellow lines on both sides of the roads at the junction of Pink Bank Lane with Stanley Grove, Melling Street and Nutsford Vale, Elgar Street, Parkin Street, Mackenzie Street, Totland Close, Santley Street and East Road. 
• To continue the double yellow lines on the east side of Pink Bank Lane along its length to its junction with East Road 
• To add double yellow lines on the north side of Elgar Street and Parkin Street close to their junction with Pink Bank Lane.
